The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basis which will be useful to determine and establish the strategic priority by evaluating both importance level and satisfaction level in selection property of customers who use swimming pool in metropolitan area using IPA method. Subjects are selected 278(92%) out of total were set as valid specimens people who use swimming pool sports facility in metropolitan area from June 1st to August 31st, 2012. Collected data were conducted several tests followed: frequency analysis, factor analysis and t-test by using SPSS WIN Version 18.0 Program. The results through this research method and procedure are as followed. First, to using a swimming pool, physical property is the most important part of selecting a swimming pool. However, in satisfaction level, instructor factor is showed to get high satisfaction. Second, the variables that belong to 1-quadrant were kindness of instructor, instruction career, swimming lesson organization table, free swimming organization. Third, the variables that belong to 2-quadrant were instructor’s ability of teaching, instructor’s sincerity, instructor’s personality and word, instructor’s attitude toward class, program interest, program contents, cleanliness of adjacent facilities, employee’s quick dispatch about complain, quick dispatch about customer reputation service, and lesson fee. Fourth, variables that belong to 3-quadrant were existence of cafeteria, depth of water, distance from home, vehicle support, safety near surrounding, harmful environment, and cleanliness near surrounding. Fifth, variables that belong to 4-quadrant were water quality, fitting and shower room, air-conditioning and heating condition, ventilation condition, cleanliness, safety, parking space, public transportation convenience and benefit from long term lesson.
