This study was to explore the structural relationship among sports for all coaches' emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. A survey targeted the sports for all coaches in South Chungcheong provinces and North Jeolla provinces to verify the model and hypothesis. With convenient sampling method, 242 final samples acquiring reliability were sorted out by SPSSWIN Ver. 18.0 and LISREL 8.80. The results from the study were as follows: First, the emotional intelligence of the sports for all coaches had positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, the emotional intelligence of the sports for all coaches did impose significant organizational commitment. Third, the emotional intelligence of the sports for all coaches had positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, the job satisfaction of the sports for all coaches had positive influence on organizational commitment. Fifth, the job satisfaction of the sports for all coaches had positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, organizational commitment of the sports for all coaches showed affirmative influence on organizational citizenship behavior.
