This study is to verify a causal relationship between teaching satisfaction and exercise adherence according to the golf instructor's leadership styles. To do this, among the clients in the three golf driving range, 405 clients who have been experienced in teaching was collected and the results are analyzed by SPSS 18.0. The collected data verifies the subject for this study through descriptive statistic, factorial analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis and the results are as in the following. On the verification of the causal relationship between teaching satisfaction and exercise adherence according to the golf instructor's leadership styles, first, all factors of the sub factors among leadership styles have a positive effect on teaching satisfaction and especially, servant leadership style is the biggest influence to it. Second, the analysis of the effect of the leadership styles on exercise adherence shows positive(+) relations on the all sub factors of the leadership styles. Also, in servant leadership, exercise adherence was most affected by this. Third, the analysis of the effect of the teaching satisfaction on exercise adherence shows there are positive(+) relation only for the possibility factor and precedence factor among the sub factors of exercise adherence.
