This study aims to analyze the effects of service quality on relationship quality such as satisfaction, trust, and commitment in golf driving ranges. The questionnaire survey was conducted with users of three golf driving ranges located in Gwangju Metropolitan City. A total of 326 questionnaires were used for the final analysis and the following conclusion was reached. First, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and tangibility had positive effects on satisfaction in the service quality of golf driving ranges. Second, reliability, empathy, assurance, and tangibility had positive effects on trust in the service quality of golf driving ranges. Third, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance had positive effects on commitment in the service quality of golf driving ranges.
