This study examines the environmental management of non‐business organization in terms of stakeholder’s perspective. The management of stakeholder can solve the problem of non‐business organization’s activities in local community and the way through its business activities in the area. This study presents case study of non‐business organization of Sankokai, and shows the process as the base of the welfare. And finally points out the possibility the new role of environment‐friendly organization in the community.

本研究は、非営利組織の環境配慮型経営を利害関係者のマネジメントの視点で検討している。利害関係者のマネジメントは、非営利組織が果たすべき地域での役割やその事業活動を通していかにして非営利組織と地域社会との接点を見出すことができるのかという問題を解決することができる。本研究では、社会福祉法人三幸会における利害関係者のマネジメントと環境配慮型経営の導入の事例を取り上げ、当該組織において形成された地域における福祉の拠点のとなるプロセスを提示する。そしてこのプロセスの分析を踏まえて、地域社会において自らが環境配慮型組織として新たな役割を担っていく可能性を指摘する。
