The purpose of this study was to investigate a structural relationship among the related variables of the disability related factors to psychological independence and career decision of college students with disabilities. This study analysed correlation between psychological independence and career decision self efficacy, career preparation, and career decision. The data were analysed using AMOS 18.0 and goodness of fit was evaluated using 90% confidence interval. The results were as follows : First, disability related factors of college students with disabilities were found to affect career decision of these population. Second, psychological independence was found to affect directly career decision self efficacy. Third, career decision self efficacy was found to affect directly career preparation than career decision. Forth, disability related factors was not found to affect directly psychological independence Fifth, disability related factors was not found to affect directly career decision self efficacy. Finally, conclusion, limitations, and future research were suggested.

본 연구의 목적은 장애관련요인이 장애대학생의 심리적 독립과 진로결정에 미치는 요인 간의 관계 구조를 밝혀보려는 데에 있다. 본 연구는 장애관련요인이 심리적 독립과 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준 비, 진로결정에 이르는 상관정도를 살펴보았다. AMOS 18 프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석한 다음 유 의수준 .05에서 추정된 모수치의 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애관련 요인은 진로결정에 직접적인 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 독립 은 진로결정 자기효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로결정 자기효능감은 진 로결정보다 진로준비에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 장애관련 요인은 심리적 독립 에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 장애관련 요인은 진로결정 자기효능감에 직접적 인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서 나타난 분석결과를 통해, 장애관련 요인은 중요하고 심각한 요인으로 작용하며 심리적 독립이 일정부분 조절기능과 다른 관계망인 진로결정 자기효능감 등을 충분히 촉진할 수 있다는 가능 성을 탐색할 수 있다는 데에 의의가 있다. 이는 진로준비 및 진로경정에 영향을 미치며 대학졸업 장애 인의 진로결정 과정의 근본 원칙을 재검토할 필요성과 심리적 독립이 순기능을 할 수 있는 사회적 지 지체계로서의 조력이 요구됨을 시사하고 있다. 특히 조사 케이스가 200개로 전국적인 고른 분포와 다 양한 대학을 대상으로 조사하지 못한 관계로 어느 정도 참고 자료로써는 의미가 있으나 일반화하기에 는 미흡한 점이 한계점으로 추후 후발 연구에서 보완되길 바란다.
