The purpose of this study is to priority and relative importance of factors which have an analyzing the priority of promoting sustainability in support of the social welfare agency sponsors based on AHP(analytical hierarchy process). A survey was conducted with the sample of social welfare agency sponsors. In particular, social welfare agency sponsors were directly interviewed by face to face and e-mailed the materials related to the survey. The result of the study is as follows. The most important factor was sponsor goal and for the next was reliability of the agency, sponsor characteristic, professionalism. It means to collect and manage the sponsor explicating the sponsor goal is an important part. And finding a strategy to higher the establish trust is also an important part for the continuity of the sponsor.

본 연구는 사회복지기관 후원자들의 후원지속성에 영향을 미치는 요인의 우선순위 및 상대적 중요도에 대한 연구이다. 이를 위해 사회복지기관 후원자지속성에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 추출하였으며, 이를 AHP기법을 활용하여 우선순위 및 상대적 중요도를 분석하여 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 분석결과를 보면, 후원목적, 기관의 신뢰도, 대상자 특성, 전문성, 공개성 순으로 나타났다. 즉 무엇보다도 후원목적이 중요한 요인인 것으로 나타나 후원목적의 명시를 통한 후원자의 모집과 관리가 중요한 것으로 볼 수 있었다. 또한 기관의 신뢰도가 두 번째로 중요한 요인으로 나타나 기관의 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 방안이 우선시되어야 한다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 대상자의 특성, 전문성, 공개성을 높일 수 있는 방안 및 전략이 후원자들의 후원을 지속적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 중요한 요인인 것으로 나타났다.
