As this study is an analytical research of violence factors according to the type-based occurrence realities of conjugal violence in the elderly, it grasped what the influential factors are upon occurrence of violence according to type characteristics in violence offenders, and how its difference was shown. It is a study for utilizing it as basic data for developing a positive program for the correction of focusing on offenders, who are contributor to conjugal violence of the elderly in the future, and for the prior prevention. This study analyzed which difference there is according to verbal and emotional violence, physical violence, and sexual violence type by gender, by age, and by academic background among occurrence types of conjugal violence in the elderly, and analyzed which influence and difference there are in drinking & stress, communication, and anger expression focusing on violence types. Even the scope of this study focused on Senior Welfare Centers, senior citizen centers, and senior schools where are located in 25 wards of Seoul Metropolis. It analyzed on survey subjects' general characteristics, and violence types and influential factors by violence type from January to March in 2013 targeting 271 people with experience of conjugal violence in the elderly. An analysis of this study was used frequency analysis, reliability analysis, F test, correlation analysis, ANOVA analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Based on the analytical results of this study, it was a study of having been shown that the difference was indicated in occurrence factors of the conjugal violence in the elderly by gender, by age, and by academic background among conjugal violence types in the elderly according to demographic characteristics, that verbal-emotional violence and physical violence type had serious influence, and that the higher in drinking & stress and anger expression and the less communication lead to having influence upon conjugal violence.

본 연구는 노인부부 폭력의 유형별 발생실태에 따른 가해요인 분석 연구로서 폭력 가해자의 유형특성에 따른 폭력 발생영향 요인이 무엇이고 그 차이가 어떻게 나타났는지를 파악한 논문이며, 앞으로의 노인부부폭력의 원인제공자인 가해자 중심의 치료․교정 및 사전 폭력예방 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 실증 사례논문이다. 본 연구에서 노인들의 부부폭력 발생유형중 성별, 연령별, 학력별로 언어정서적 폭력과 신체적 폭력, 성적폭력 유형에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지, 가해형태를 중심으로 음주와 스트레스, 의사소통, 화의표출 등이 어떠한 영향과 차이가 있는지를 분석한 논문이다. 본 연구의 범위도 서울시 25개구에 위치한 노인종합사회복지관과 경로당, 노인대학을 중심으로 노인부부폭력 경험자 271명을 대상으로 2013년 1월부터 3월까지 조사대상자의 일반적 특성과 폭력유형별 가해형태, 그리고 그 영향요인에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석으로는 빈도분석과 신뢰도분석, F검정, 상관관계분석, 아노바 분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 이러한 연구분석 결과를 바탕으로 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 노인부부폭력 유형 형태중 성별, 연령별, 학력별로 노인부부 폭력 발생요인의 차이점이 나타났으며, 언어정서적 폭력유형이 가장 심각한 영향을 미쳤고, 신체적 폭력유형의 영향, 그리고 음주와 스트레스, 화의표출이 많을수록, 의사소통이 잘 안 될수록 노인부부폭력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 논문이다.
