The criticality analysis of security control factors and the order of priority among security activities need to be proposed so that the solution process for industrial security activities of medium and small firms can be set up. So, the security control factors for industrial technology outflow prevention and protection that should be accomplished in the local medium and small firms were analysed using AHP method in this study. According to analysis conclusion of this study, the most important variable is administrative security factor among variables of 1 step, and the most important sub-variables drawn by each 1 step variable in 2 step analysis are the access control of significant facilities from unauthorized person, the security inspection and the network security management. Conclusively, 3 variables included in high position 30% among 12 sub-variables in total complex weight and priority order by each step were investigated into the security inspection, the security documentation and the access control of significant facilities from unauthorized person

중소기업 자체적인 산업보안 활동이 정착되기 위한 단계적 프로세스가 정립되어 실질 적으로 중소기업의 산업기술 유출방지를 위한 보안 조치로서 실현되도록 하기 위해서는 중소기업이 현실적으로 실행할 수 있는 보안통제항목에 대한 중요도를 평가하여, 우선적 으로 시행할 수 있는 보안활동을 제시할 필요성이 제기되며, 이를 위한 중요도 평가가 이루어야 한다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 산업기술 유출방지를 위한 산업보안 활동들 중 AHP 기법을 활용하여 지역 중소기업에서 우선적으로 실시하여야 할 중요도가 높은 보 안통제 활동을 분석하였다. 그 분석 결과 1단계 상위변수의 상대적 중요도에 있어서 가장 높게 나타난 것이 관리 적 보안이며, 2단계 하위변수에 있어서 물리적 보안 영역에서는 비인가자 중요시설 접근 통제, 관리적 보안에서는 보안감사가 가장 중요도가 높게 나타났다. 또한 기술적 보안 영 역에서는 네트워크 보안이 가장 중요도가 높게 도출되었다. 그리고 1·2단계 통합적 복합 가중치에 있어서 가장 중요한 것으로 도출된 것이 바로 보안감사이며, 2순위로 나타난 것이 보안문서, 그 다음으로 비인가자 중요시설 접근통제 순으로 도출되었다.
