A Study on the Implication of Burnout and Turnover intention throughout the Youth Worker's Job stress

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact among the job stress, burnout and turnover intention according to the youth worker's certification. The find out results of this study were as follows:First, there were significant differences among the youth workers in job stress, burnout and turnover intention according to their demographic characteristics. Second, the youth workers were more burned out and had a stronger turnover intention when they were under heavier job stress. Third, the stressors of job damane and job insecurity had an impact on the burnout of the youth workers, whereas the uncertified youth workers were under the influence of underpayment, job insecurity, organizational system and job damane. Fourth, the burnout of the youth workers was affected by job stress about underpayment and job damane, and that of the uncertified youth workers was affected by job stress about organizational system and underpayment. According the result the recommendation will be follows: First, youth organization should be support to the health care program for managing of youth workers' stress. Second, programs of conflicts resolution and mediation training should be provided for youth workers. Third, self-development educational program for the youth workers should be given more often.
