IoS(Internet of Sensors) means there are no limits to places or equipment with mutual cooperation sensor network. IoS system, running developers Portal site based on Web, needs the system that various developers provide IT resource form with IoS. In other words, cloud vendor has to provide high quality services to all user and mitigate the dissipation of IT resources. In this paper, we study provided open source and open API from existing developer center. Beside, we study the model which provides a substantive development circumstance using cloud computing. Also, we will suggest the guide line for the effective and reliable IoS Cloud system build up.
