This paper illustrates operating situation of disaster prevention system in advanced countries. Disaster Prevention and Management Systems in foreign countries are analyzed and investigated in terms of operation process, man power status, organization, fire station, and a local autonomous entity as well as a disaster prevention related government. The result of this research can contribute to the field of disaster research area, by understanding foreign system configuration and operating situation. a analysis and investigation of operation condition over foreign disaster prevention system shows how to improve and apply the disaster prevention system to domestic situations.
