Recently, the big-data treatment including generation, transmitting, storing and analyzing arises as a big-issue. The phenomenon strikes a big-impact to the all environment with politics, economics, social behavior, human culture, broadcasting, education, energy, health care, amusement, et al. and makes a new paradigm 'data economics'. To accomplish a successful settling down 'the new world', the big-data sharing is necessarily needed. The sharing should be a global, so that a global platform shall be prepared. This contribution is for a successful development of a common sharing system of the Big-Data. It contains the points to be considered and a step-by-step strategy for the system on a view point of social requirement.
