The most influential countries to our wage system are Japan, China and Korea among countries that we have relations. Moreover, Russia still has a significant role as a result of petrol and electricity etc. The impact of these countries on Mongolian wage system can be divided as follows: 1. In order to fill the demand, we import consumer goods, household facilities and construction materials from China and inflation influences to the price of those goods. 2. According to the wage mechanism, we're subjectively learning from Japan, Korea and other countries and sending our people to these countries and conducting trainings on human resource management in various sectors. 3. Structure of wage and bonus. 4. Legal system that legislates wage rate, terms and requirements. In relevance to the welfare policy, impact of inflation on Mongolian economy is affected by the middle class of the countries mentioned above. Econometric analysis of influencing factors to direct foreign investment for Mongolia was conducted. Approaches of Mongolian wage system are examined.
