By shifting to the market economy in 1990, Mongolia have faced a lot of new conditions and challenges. One of them is to have a Stock Market. Although our stock market has been over 20 years of history, it has not reached efficient performance yet, especially it can’t stand against the over-heated economy which started in 2011. Thus, domestic manufactures began making an IPO process in the International Stock Exchanges. I want to show that there are a lot of opportunities for Mongolian manufactures and companies to enter foreign stock markets. In conclusion, the growth of GDP increases the valuation of stock market and there is a huge relation between them. Because there are not enough participants in Mongolian stock market, companies and manufactures have already begun looking for opportunities to join the international stock markets.
