Having a career upon college graduation is absolutely necessary task for the purpose of personal growth and the enjoyment of fulfilled life. Christian career counseling to help Christian university students to prepare for, adjust in and maintain healthy career is not general career counseling, but a holistic process on the ground of Christian worldview and sense of calling based on the Scripture. The purpose of this study is to anchor essential values of young adults’ career counseling during the period of identity formation on Christian worldview, Christian view of humanity, and biblical view on vocation, so that one can execute one’s career counseling from the practical standpoint of faith to help Christian young adults to adjust in their society as healthy members. Christian career counseling based on Shared Praxis is to proceed the young adults’ task in career as action-critical reflection-new action. The meaning of holistic being of Christians created according to the image of God, and the essential meaning of vocation based on the sense of calling are considered by Christian perspective from the integrated point of view. In order to develop career counseling model for Christian university students who want to design and prepare for their task in career, Christian career counseling modules on the Shared Praxis model, it suggests introductory step, recognition step, transformation step, and application step. Each modules are designed for apply to restructure in the practical field of Christian faith.

대학 졸업 이후 직업을 갖는 것은 개인의 성장과 행복한 삶의 영위를 위해 반드시 필요한 진로과업이다. 지식과 정보의 시대인 현대 사회에서 기독 대학생들의 건강한 직업 준비와 적응, 유지를 위한 기독교 진로상담은 일반적인 진로상담과는 달리 성경을 근거로 한 기독교 세계관과 소명의식에 근거하여 이루어지는 전인적인 과정이다. 본 연구는 기독 대학생의 진로정체감 확립을 위한 진로상담의 핵심적인 가치를 기독교 세계관, 기독교 인간관, 성경적 직업관에 두고, 기독 대학생들이 사회 속에서 건강한 구성원으로 적응하도록 진로상담을 신앙의 실천적인 입장에서 수행하도록 하는데 목적을 두었다. 나눔의 프락시스(Shared Praxis)에 기초한 기독교 진로상담은 청년기의 진로과업을 행동-비판적 성찰-새로운 행동이라는 프락시스적 접근을 통해 전개된다. 하나님의 형상을 따라 창조된 그리스도인의 전인적 존재의미와 소명의식에 따른 직업의 본질적인 의미를 기독교 신앙의 통전적인 관점에서 인식하도록 하였다. 기독 대학생들이 주어진 진로과업을 기독교적 관점에서 설계하고 준비할 수 있도록 진로상담의 모델을 개발하였다. 나눔의 프락시스에 기초한 기독교 진로상담의 모듈은 도입단계, 인지단계, 변화단계, 적용단계의 네 단계로 구성되었으며 각 모듈은 신앙의 실천적 삶에 구체적으로 적용할 수 있도록 구조화되었다.
