This paper analyses the cause and the phenomenon of the violence at school, which has become a worldwide phenomenon, in view of the Korean situation and tries to find out the philosophical solution. First of all, we can not think about school-violence separately from the whole social culture of violence. These days, the principle of outcome, academic elitism and commodity fetishism of Korean society has become more concerned with the result than the process. They become the cause of the moral hazard of the concern about the "others" and the weak. Because of the performance based system, one prefers the easier illegal and violent way to a fair process. Such phenomenon are rampant in Korean society. Such phenomenon result in the weakening of the sense of community. As a result, these social atmospheres influence school-violence. In spite of it we cannot leave school violence as it is. we should consider it from the society as a whole to solve it. So, in order to solve it, my paper investigates how to come to an understanding with others, body-encounter with others in a nonviolent way. My investigation endeavors to be conducted by Merleau-Ponty's concept, intercorporeity, in which others are respected. Further more, I reveal the sociality which respects the difference from others and try to apply it in school and class. My paper studies the pathos of the difference which respects individuals through the pathos of distance in Nietzsche. On revealing the violence relationship in school, in which the microphysics of power of Foucault, who is influenced by Nietzsche, works, I will try to solve the problems of the school violence. Therefore it also regards violent problems not only as social-political problems but as experience problems through the philosophy of violence which I researched in the past. This study reveals immanent difference(heterogeneity) and based on this, the essential characteristic of experience is that human experiences are different from each other. And it comes to be revealed that the tolerance toward others who have different weltanschauungs should be required. The otherness(difference) of others should be regarded as a creative opportunity to reflect the identity of our community and to correct the prejudice, not as the object oppressed for the unity of community of our own. This paper comes to a conclusion that the oppressed sanction like body-discipline at school should be removed. Through this, the school-violence could be solved fundamentally.

본 논문은 세계적인 현상이기도 한 학교폭력에 대한 원인과 현상을 한국적 상황에 비추어 분석하고, 철학적인 대안을 모색한다. 일단 우리사회의 학교폭력은 근본적으로 사회의 폭력문화와 떨어져서 생각할 수 없다. 사회의 성과주의, 학력일등주의와 물신주의 등이 과정중시에 대한 몰이해와 타자와 약자배려의 윤리적인 관점의 해이를 몰고 오고, 빠른 성과주의는 정당한 절차를 밟기 보다는 손쉬운 불법적이고 폭력적인 방식으로 문제를 해결하려는 시도가 사회에 만연된 상태에 있다. 이런 사회적 분위기는 공동체 의식의 약화를 몰고 온다. 이런 사회적 분위기가 학교 폭력을 몰고 온다. 그러나 학교폭력이 사회적 문제라고 해서 학교 내에서 단순히 방치할 수도 없다. 단지 학교 밖 사회에서 그 원인이 상당부분 제공되기 때문에 이를 해결위해 학교폭력을 사회 전체적으로 고찰해야 한다는 것을 지적하고 있는 것이다. 그렇다면, 이를 해결하기 위해서 타자가 존중되는 메를로-퐁티의 사이(상호)신체성 개념을 통해서 폭력적인 방식이 아닌 타자와의 신체적 만남이 어떻게 이루어져야 하는가를 본 논문은 밝힌다. 이를 위해서 연구자는 메를로-퐁티의 신체철학(현상학)을 간략하게나마 탐구한다. 더 나가서 그의 타자의 차이를 존중하는 사회성을 밝히고 이것을 학교와 교실에 적용시킨다. 또한 니체의 거리둠의 파토스를 통해서 개인을 존중하는 차이의 파토스를 밝힌다. 니체의 영향을 받은 푸코가 권력의 미시물리학이 작동되는 학교와 학교폭력관계를 밝히면서 학교폭력의 해결가능성을 본 연구는 탐구한다. 마침내 본인이 과거 연구한 폭력철학을 통해서 폭력문제를 윤리학과 사회/정치철학의 문제로만 보지 않고 경험구조로 접근한다. 즉 경험에서 내재적 다름(이질성)을 밝히고, 이것에 근거해서 인간의 경험이 서로 다르고 차이를 보인다는 것이 경험의 근본 특성임을 본 연구는 제시한다. 이것에 근거해서 세계관이 다른 타자에 대한 관용이 당위적으로 요구된다는 것을 본 연구는 밝혀낸다. 이제 우리와 함께 하는 타자의 타자성(다름)은 공동체의 통일을 위해서 억압해야 되는 대상이 아니라, 우리의 공동체적 동일성을 성찰하고 편견을 수정해 줄 수 있는 창조적 계기로 우리는 간주해야 한다. 따라서 학교에서 신체적 규율이라는 억업적 제재를 풀어내야 한다고 본 연구는 결론을 맺으면서 이를 통해서 학교폭력을 근원적으로 치유할 것을 밝힌다.
