The purpose of this study is to establish effects of Golf boss leadership, on career commitment and organizational commitment of golf member’s, exploiting the recent leadership studies; the transformational, transactional and servant leadership due to the inadequacy of using existing boss leadership studies, which focused on ordinary corporation, to apply its concept to golf club. The study’s issues to accomplish the objective of this study are as follows: First, does a boss transformational leadership influence career commitment and organizational commitment of golf member’s. Second, does a boss transactional leadership influence career commitment and organizational commitment of golf member’s. Third, does a boss servant leadership influence career commitment and organizational commitment of golf member’s. And Career commitment had positive influence on organizational commitment.
