This study aims to examine how internal motivation influences sources of enjoyment and school adjustment in physical education class of high school students.
Then 700 first and second graders in high school located in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do served as a population. Double-entry, blank, and unreliable data were excluded from the analysis and 635 reliable data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and structure model analysis. Cronbach's α coefficient was used to test reliability by internal consistency of questionnaire items and SPSS 18.0 was used for data analysis. Finally, the following results were obtained.
First, internal motivation influenced the sources of enjoyment in physical education class of high school students.
Second, internal motivation influenced school adjustment in physical education class of high school students.
Third, the source of enjoyment influenced school adjustment in physical education class of high school students.
