This study analyzed research trends of Korean grammar education through dissertations and articles published during the 2000s(2000 to 2012). The analysis is made in two aspects, the type and the detail subject of the studies. The analysis shows that there is a little increase in number of dissertations compared to journal articles. And As for the subject, researches are concentrated in limited detail subjects, such as grammar elements and grammar use aspects.
Furthermore, most researches are considering only particular target learners and carried out through some limited methods. And the studies are scarce which discuss about Korean education grammar system and grammatical forms. The researches about teaching materials and methods are not sufficient either.
