School violence is very serious problem to teenagers such as a attitude of defiance and trivial erratic behaviors included a criminal acts. This school violence problems must be dealt with big social problems so it should take place as the national level not the individual level. Because damage of the school violence is not limited only the person. It could spread through the family, school and local social. To eradicate the school violence we need a comprehensive, multilateral and effective measures. So this study suggests the following measures based on the current situation of school violence. First, we have to train a realistic and effective prevention education about school violence at school. Second, we need allocate a school violence counselor. Third, we should develop prevention intervention method. Forth, It needs the social and family environment to prevent school violence. Fifth, we should educate a school violence experts and build the database system about that expert. Sixth, It needs build the corporation system with related organizations. Seventh, we have to access the systematic approach to participate all related persons.

학교폭력은 청소년 시기에 있을 수 있는 사소한 일탈이나 반항적 행동이라고 할 수 없을 만큼 너무도 잔인하고 극단적이어서 범죄양상까지 보이고 있다. 이제 학교폭력의 문제는 개인적 차원의 단순한 문제가 아닌 사회악으로서 국가적 차 원에서 매우 심각한 사회문제로 다뤄져야 한다. 학교폭력은 한 개인에게만 그 피 해가 국한되는 것이 아니라 그 피해는 학교, 가정, 지역사회 전체로 확산되기 때 문이다. 앞으로 학교폭력을 근절시키기 위해서는 보다 다각적이고 종합적인 차원에서 실효성 있는 대책들을 추진해 나가야 한다고 보며, 이에 본 연구에서는 학교폭력 실태와 대책을 토대로 다음과 같은 방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, 실질적이고 실효성 있는 학교폭력 예방교육이 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 학교폭력 전문상담사를 한 시점에 집중적으로 배치하여야 한다. 셋째, 사전적인 방법인 예방 및 조기개입 방안이 개발되어야 한다. 넷째, 학교폭력 예방을 위하여 사회환경 및 가정환경을 개선하도록 해야 한다. 다섯째, 학교폭력 관련 전문가들에 대한 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하고 교육하여야 한다. 여섯째, 유관 기관 간에 유기적인 협조체계를 구축하여야 한다. 일곱째, 모든 주체가 참여하는 체계적인 접근이 이루어져야 한다.
