This study was carried out in order to contribute to encouraging oral health knowledge and to improving industrial oral health policy and system by promoting workers' oral health and offering an opportunity on periodic oral examination and oral health education after surveying the appearance of visiting dental clinic, a reason for failing to visit, and the appearance of wearing industrial protector according to workers' oral health knowledge. A survey method was questionnaire survey based on self-administration. The contents of the used questionnaire were composed of totally 15 survey items such as general characteristics, oral health behavior, perception on subjective oral health, experience on dental treatment, and recognition on the appearance of wearing industrial protector. 1. The ratio of workers, who visited dental clinic for the recent 1 year, was indicated to be higher in the higher oral health knowledge level, in the higher interest in oral health, and in more thinking oral health problem to be important. 2. A reason for visiting dental clinic in workers, who have experience of having received treatment at dental clinic for the recent 1 year, was the largest in the treatment of dental caries. 3. A reason for coming to delay dental treatment was the largest in workers with response as saying of being 'due to having no time. 4. The ratio of workers with response as saying of wearing industrial protector was indicated to be higher in the higher oral health knowledge level, in the higher interest in oral health, and in more thinking oral health problem to be important. In Conclusion, the higher oral health knowledge level, the higher interest in oral health, and more thinking oral health problem to be important led to being shown the higher visit ratio of dental clinic and the higher ratio of wearing industrial protector. Thus, it was considered to increase workers' oral health knowledge and interest in oral health through oral health education.
