Electrochemical Cell-based Chip for detection of cell cycle

초록

영어

To prove behavior of cells in different cell cycle, cell synchronization has been used. It is arduous and time-consuming to confirm cell cycle arrest using fluorescence-assisted cell sorting (FACS) or Western blot. Electrochemical method has received attention as a label-free detection. We devise a label-free tool for in situ monitoring of cell cycle arrest using electrochemical method on PC12 cells. Redox reaction of cells is important because of showing behavior of cells in different phases. Results were validated by analyzing FACS and Western blot and signals of cell were detected by DPV. Consequently, our cell chip using electrochemical method can be useful tools in detecting cell cycle progression.
