초록

영어

Increasing the necessities of renewable energy sources, microalgae which grow faster than crops and accumulate high lipid organism have been recognized as a promising energy sources. Marine cultivation has huge advantages in many aspects of conventional biofuel production; culture temperature controlling by seawater temperature, natural mixing, natural light. Also coastal sea contains high biodiversity of marine life including microalgae. In this study, we isolated and identified microalgae from Youngheundo. Isolated microalgae show high yield biomass in low temperature. As a result, we find regionally and seasonally predominant strains and they can be applied to seasonal marine cultivation.
