The study was focused to examine the properties according to production methods of fusion membrane of bacterial cellulose(BC) produced statically and graphene. Two methods were employed to make the fusion membrane. One method was graphene coating on static cultured BC by sedimentation, and the other was addition of graphene into the culture broth during the static culture. LED lamp lighting test and analysis of surface electrical resistant using four point probe were conducted to evaluate the electrical properties of fusion membrane. Also, SEM analysis of the membrane was performed. The membranes made from both methods showed favorable current flow in LED lamp, whereas no current in membrane without graphene. The surface resistance values of the membranes by both methods were 28.6, 98.6 Ω/℃, respectively. SEM of membrane by the former method showed that graphene was densely coated onto BC membranes. On the other hand, the membrane made by the latter method, simultaneously incubated with graphene, showed rare presence of graphene particle on surface and internal membrane. From the results, it was confirmed that electrical property of the fusion membrane was considerably different according to fusion method of BC and graphene.
