This study aimed to discover the effect relationship between the female gender role conflict of objectified body consciousness and body esteem in women sport athletes. With this aim, the study conducted an analysis aimed at 423 selected female students who have been active in colleges in Seoul in 2012 using purposeful sampling, and the results include the following. First, concerning the female gender role conflict of women sport athletes were found to have a positive effect on objectified body consciousness. Second, it was revealed that female gender role conflict and body esteem had a positive effect on the physical and behavioral of women sport athletes. Third, it was shown that objectified body consciousness and body esteem had a positive effect on the women sport athletes.
