The purpose of this research is to uncover and delve Into the formation and the types of social capital developed during the activity of the leaders of elite sports. For this study we chose eight Elite coaches who have served more than five years in a distinctive school(Middle and High school), business and national teams(include substitute athlete) by using Standard sampling out of the Purposed sampling method. Data were collected by in-depth interview with descriptive, structural and contrast question method ,also known as Spradley(1980)’s Enthographic method, suggested by social capital pre-studies. It drew four conclusions by analyzing and categorizing the provided data. The first crucial element was trust. Trust between athlete and parents, executive was indispensable. Second, Norm. Norm at the gym and stadium was considered as a compulsory aspect. Third, Network. Sharing information and relationship between athletic association and colleague coaches. Fourth, Social Exclusiveness and pursuit of the negative. This led Elite sport coaches to feel lethargic and act presumptuously.
