The purpose of this study is to inquire into the relationship between mental health and sports socialization of daily sports welfare facilities participants and into what relationship there is between daily sports welfare facilities participants’ demographic characteristics and individuals’ holistic mental health and sports socialization’s sub-factors in order to find out the influence more concretely. After inputting encoded data individually into computer, the researcher used the statistics program SPSS 17.0 version for Windows to carry out standard multiple regression analysis so as to verify the relationship between mental health and sports socialization of daily sports welfare facilities participants(α ＝.05). From the above research method and findings, there came the following conclusion: There was some relationship between mental health and sports socialization of daily sports welfare facilities participants.
