The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship among perceived organizational support, organizational trust, organizational commitment and customer orientation of ski resort employees. Study is conducted for this by gathering 238 final valid samples through convenience sampling method and survey of staffs working in the two ski resorts (Gangwon region) during 12-13season. And SPSS Win Ver 16.0 is used for data processing conducting frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and constative factor analysis, Structural Equation Mode l (SEM) analysis are conducted by AMOS 7.0 program. The following results are obtained by the above research method and procedure. First, the perceived organizational support of ski resort employees is shown to have passive (+) influence on organizational trust. Second, the perceived organizational support of ski resort employees is shown to have passive (+) influence on organizational commitment. Third, the perceived organizational support of ski resort employees is shown to have passive (+) influence on customer orientation. Fourth, the organizational trust of ski resort employees is shown to have passive (+) influence on organizational commitment. Fifth, the organizational trust of ski resort employees is shown to have passive (+) influence on customer orientation. Sixth, the organizational commitment of ski resort employees is shown to have passive (+) influence on customer orientation.
