The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the education quality on education satisfaction and customer's attitude. For this study, people who joined training course to take license of motorizing marine leisure vehicle were participated as subjects and a total data of 395 who were age 20 and over were used for the analysis. The propriety and reliability of questionnaire were verified by factor analysis, reliability analysis. For the understanding of the relation among education satisfaction, education satisfaction and customer's attitude, we used the correlation analysis and analyzed influence of education quality for training course on education satisfaction and customer's attitude by using multiple regression analysis. The results was as follows. Frist, responsiveness, empathy, reliability, tangibles of Education quality had significant influence on education satisfaction. Second, empathy, reliability, and tangibles of Education quality had significant influence on customer's attitude.
