The study investigates the relationship between the human resource management of special recruitment and the public position satisfaction. Especially, this research is designed to reflect which factor affects the public office satisfaction. In order to do this, the analysis was done about recruiting, selection, assignment, official training, service rating, reward. The public position satisfaction was affected by the job satisfaction and the human resource management satisfaction. As analysis, task assignment, educational training, and service rating have an effect on the public office satisfaction. Specially recruited officers need to have post employment training to improve their work efficiency and performance of the organization even if they are experts on their area. And through those studies, educational training is needed to improve the understanding of task and official work. Secondly, the participation and feedback on evaluation process is required to raise the extent of accepting the service rating. Lastly, opportunity for pride and responsibility on the official work should be provided.

본 연구는 경력경쟁채용제도의 도입에 따라 채용된 공무원들에 대한 인적자원관리와 이들의 공직만족도 간의 상관성과, 공직만족도에 미치는 인적자원관리의 영향력을 고찰 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 인적자원관리의 과정인 모집, 선발, 배치, 교육훈련, 근무 평정, 보수 및 보상의 요인을 분석하였고, 공직만족도는 직무만족도와 인적자원관리에 대 한 만족도 등을 종속변인으로 구성하였다. 분석의 결과 업무배치, 교육훈련, 근무평정 요 인 등이 공직만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 경력경쟁채용제도로 공직 에 입문한 공무원들이 전문성이 높다 할지라도, 공직에 정착하고 조직성과를 제고하기 위해서는 공직에 입문한 이후의 과정이 더 중요한 것으로 보인다. 결론적으로 공직만족 도를 높이기 위해서는 교육훈련을 통해 직무에 대한 정보와 공직에 대한 이해를 높이고, 평가에 대한 순응도를 높이기 위해 평가과정에 대한 참여와 환류를 확대하는 것이 필요 하다. 끝으로 공직에 대한 사명감과 자부심을 고취시킬 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 것이 중요하다.
