This article aims to study Christian spirituality and Christian man and woman, and find ways to recover human nature. Spirituality can be explained in various ways depending on researcher's perspectives and scholastic backgrounds, but it could be defined this way: spirituality gives meaning on human being, it is experienced through having relationships with oneself, others, nature, and God, and it gives power that enables one to pursue the meaning and goal of life. Also, spirituality is a fundamental principal of human life and a belief that explains relationships between human being and the world as well as meaning of human existence. It is the power that completes the most worthy of life such as hope, meaning, love that enables to have meaningful relationships with God, oneself and neighbors, and that combines physical, mental and social domains. This article researches three aspects of spirituality of the Trinity and spirituality of Christianity as distinctiveness of Christian spiritualty: wholistic dimension, communal dimension, and dimension of experiencing God. ‘Human being as image of God’ is essential, and it is a norm of Christianity. While human nature is often defined with mind, body, or spirit, this article understand human nature in a wholistic approach that does not separate those three aspects but equally respect them. In addition, this article defines Christian human being as historical, social and moral being. In conclusion, it presents obligations of human being who aims for harmony in diversity.

본 연구는 그리스도교적 영성과 인간관을 조명하면서 인간성 회복을 위한 길을 모색하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 영성의 개념은 연구자의 지향성과 학문적 배경에 따라서 다양하게 설명될 수 있으나, 인간존재에 의미를 부여하며 자신, 타인, 자연, 절대자와의 관계에서 경험되고, 인생의 의미와 목적을 추구하도록 동기를 부여하는 힘이라 할 수 있다. 또한 인간 삶의 근본원리, 인간과 세상과의 관계를 설명하는 믿음, 존재의 의미로써, 개인을 초월하여 하나님과 자신, 이웃과 의미 있는 관계를 가질 수 있도록 하는 희망, 의미, 사랑과 같은 삶의 최상의 가치를 완성하도록 하는 능력이자, 신체적, 정신적, 사회적 영역을 통합하는 힘이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 그리스도교 영성의 특수성으로서의 삼위일체적 영성과 그리스도교적 영성의 3가지 측면을 전인적 차원, 공동체적 차원, 하나님 경험적 차원에서 연구하였다. ‘하나님의 형상으로서 인간’은 그리스도교 인간관에서 본질적이며 기준점이 된다고 할 수 있다. 인간의 본질을 규정함에 있어서, 결코 종전처럼 인간이 현실적으로 갖고 있는 심·신·영혼의 세 국면 중 한 쪽 만에 근거해서 인간을 규정하려고 하는 반면에, 연구자는 인간의 세 측면을 대등하게 존중하면서 그것들을 하나의 구조 아래에서 통일적으로 이해하려는 심·신·영혼의 전인적 존재로서의 인간 본질을 이해하고자 했다. 또한 그리스도교 인간관을 정의하는데 있어서 역사적 존재로서의 인간, 사회적 존재로서의 인간, 윤리적 존재로서의 인간, 다양성 안의 일치를 지향하는 인간으로서의 인간의 존재적 의무와 세상 안에 사는 인간을 제시했다.
