The aim of this paper is to introduce a radical and innovative way of project scheduling, so called integrated project scheduling, enabling a company or an organization to achieve 30% reduction on project total duration along with project total cost reduction. This scheduling technique could bring high risks to a project, and could be against current common project scheduling practice amongst many companies. To develop a integrated project schedule, current well-known scheduling technique such as crashing and fast tracking has been utilized simultaneously. Three point estimate technique as a quantitative risk analysis also has been used for finding out project total duration. The integrated project scheduling technique is expected to provide various schedule alternatives for you to select at the project planning phase in accordance with strategy of your project.

본 논문은 기존의 프로젝트 수행 방식과 틀을 과감히 벗어나 기존 프로젝트 전체 기간 30% 단축 및 전체비용 절감을 가능케 하는 급진적이며 위험을 수반하는 복합적 프로젝트 일정 개발을(integrated project scheduling) 제안하는 것을 목표로 한다. 복합적 프로젝트 일정 개발을 위하여 기존의 프로젝트 일정 기법들인 공정압축법과 공정중첩 단축법을 통합적으로 적용하였으며, 정량적 위험분석 실행을 위하여 3점 추정을 사용하여 프로젝트 전체 기간을 파악하였다. 복합적 프로젝트 일정 개발은 프로젝트 관리 계획 개발 단계에서 프로젝트 실행을 위한 다양한 일정 선택의 가능성을 열어준다.
