An Study on Properties of Porous Concrete using EAF Slag as Fine Aggregate

The purpose of this study was to mechanical properties of porous concrete mixed with EAF slag as fine aggregate. The specimens were made of EAF slag with various mixing ratio(10, 20, 30, 50%)porous concrete. Other specimens were made with ordinary porous concrete and porous concrete containing river fine aggregate and crush fine aggregate. The experiment were measured by compressive strength, total and continuous void ratio, and coefficient of permeability. The results of the experiment are as follow. The results of coefficient of permeability was met up to 20% of mixing ratio specimens which is the standard of Japan Concrete Institute-Eco Concrete Committee(0.1cm/sec) but if more than 30% of specimens think about total void ratio and continuous void ratio.
