he purpose of this research is to propose a Korean energy simulation parameter for energy simulation. Recently, energy simulation using BIM data comes into the spot light as alternatives for the realization of green building worldwidely and the related research has been actively performed in Korea. This paper, therefore, will understand the actual problem through analyzing the difference of ASHRAE standards’ criteria input result, suggesting Korean energy simulation parameter and verifying it with energy simulation.
