The study analyzes remodeling or the change in the cases in the spacial application to meet the change in the demand of the period and to manage the spacial application. According to the result of the study, (1) Many portion of the working spaces and extra rooms, from the opening of the libraries, are changed to cultural education facilities. (2) The public libraries in Busan do not satisfy the expected standard for the operating system of the libraries from its' beginning. (3) A big portion of the spaces has been combined and reconstructed as a consequences after many libraries enforced remodeling. For the reasons above, the results were analyzed in that changing in perception of the people and the general sociocultural change heavily affect the way of managing the spaces in the library system.
