Recently, as community develop, a variety of changes in library facilities are required. Library facilities should be not only space for study, but also efficient space for relaxation and effective learning. So, the first thing for the needs of the learners and communities is developed library lounge of variable elements for efficiency of study, relaxation and communications. This study aims to be the basic reseach and development about library lounge for comprehensive plans by the learner's behavior, purpose, use and variable communities.
