There are exited many kinds of Modern Historical resources in Kang-kyeong which is in Chung-nam, especially Modern historical buildings in Korea typical style. Nowadays, however, most of them are neglected although there are our precious Historical resources. In this study, it is applied here to revitalize in Old Town in Kang-kyeong through using some cases of Japan and others cases. According to case study, Modern historical buildings are going to be changed into new Tourist Attraction which will be presented a modern period of Kang-kyeong, Chung-nam. Moreover, this study will help to try to revive the local economy problem in Korea.
