Estimation in the field of architectural mechanical system can be defined as a work to estimate the accurate construction quantity and cost using the translated three-dimensional drawing from two-dimensional building plan. In addition, it requires several previous experiences to estimate precisely. Currently the architectural mechanical estimation work with comparison to other architectural estimations takes much time and is continuously getting harder because of increasing the attached piping materials such as fittings and hangings in addition of the complicated their construction processes. Therefore, in order to improve this problem the Korean authority provides the simple method to estimate the attached material rate regarding to the main material in piping work which is the most time-consuming work in the architectural mechanical estimation. However, for being applicable method in construction site, the proposed method is still required the proper conversion rate of the attached piping material for building uses and working types. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to provide fundamental data for the simplification of estimation work as calculating the fitting rate by work types of plumbing, heating, fire fighting and gas piping work in apartment with individual heating system.

건축설비분야에서의 적산은 2차원의 설계도면을 3차원으로 해석하여 물량 및 공사비를 산출하는 작업으로 정확한 적산업무를 수행하기 위해서는 많은 경험과 시간이 필요하다. 또한 건축설비분야의 적산작업은 건축분야에 비해 부속류 및 지지류 등의 부속자재가 많고 작업공정이 복잡하여 적산작업이 상대적으로 어려울 뿐만 아니라 많은 시간이 소요되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 정부에서도 적산작업 간소화 방안의 일환으로 공사비 산출 시 가장 많은 시간이 소요되는 배관공사의 경우 부속자재를 주자재의 비율로 내역서를 작성하는 방법을 제시하였다. 그러나 이 방식이 현장에서 적용되기 위해서는 건물의 용도별, 공정별 배관공사에 대한 부속자재의 요율이 기본적으로 필요하나, 아직 이에 대한 자료가 적절히 제시되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개별난방이 적용되고 있는 공동주택을 대상으로 배관공사의 공정별(위생배관공사, 난방배관공사, 소방배관공사, 가스배관공사) 부속자재의 요율을 제시함으로서 공동주택의 적산작업 간소화를 위한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.
