Conducts and Manages Supply Chain is one of Abilities to respond to changes in the corporate, so managing relationship between Companies is very important way. Clockspeed and arc of cooperation in supply chain are two of the various components affecting corporate relations. And these components are to reflect difference between cooperate. Our paper, how these components have causal and interaction effect to supplier relationship. In hypothesis test results, NPD clockspeed and arc of cooperation in supply chain has not effect of supplier relations satisfaction except reliability. But interaction effect in NPD clockspeed and arc of cooperation in supply chain affect to supplier relations satisfaction. So, customer oriented strategy in high NPD clockspeed and supplier oriented strategy in low NPD clockspeed.

산업의 구조와 시장이 빠르게 변화하고 있어 기업의 변화대응 능력은 가장 큰 경쟁력 중 하나가 되었다. 기업의 변화대응 능력은 공급사슬의 구축과 관리로 대변할 수 있으며 이를 위해서는 공급사슬 내부의 다른 기업과의 관계형성에 대한 전략적인 접근이 필요하다. 기업 간 관계에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요소들 중 클락스피드와 공급사슬 내의 제휴방향성은 각 기업의 차이를 잘 보여주는 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 이들 요소가 공급업체 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지에 대한 직접적인 영향과 함께 상호작용효과를 살펴보았다. 가설 검정 결과 공급사슬 제휴방향성에 따른 공급업체와의 관계만족도는 차이가 없으며 NPD 클락스피드의 경우 신뢰성만 NPD 클락스피드에 따른 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 공급사슬 제휴방향성과 NPD 클락스피드 간 상호작용효과에 대한 가설검정 결과 상호작용효과는 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 기업이 높은 수준의 공급업체와의 관계만족도를 획득하기 위해서는 고속 NPD 클락스피드 환경에서는 고객사지향 전략을, 저속 NPD 클락스피드 환경에서는 양방향통합/공급사지향 전략을 사용해야 한다.
