This study aims to provide necessary political approaches to promote bicycle utilization in Gyeongju city. In order to accomplish the research objective, this study reviews the characteristics of bicycle as one kind of transportation mode. And this study studies the cases of bicycle utilization in other countries in terms of the status and reasons of the bicycle utilization in the nation. Then this study scrutinizes physical conditions of Gyeongju city for using bicycle as daily transportation mode. Finally this study proposes some political considerations to promote bicycle utilization in Gyeongju city.
