Research on the Igniting Potential for a Microwave Oven

Microwaves are common and necessary electric home appliances. Infrequency of use and short duration cooking times contribute to this appliance having a very low igniting potential. However, if the combustion conditions are met and there are sufficient neighboring combustibles, there is potential for fire. This review is conducted on the igniting potential of microwaves under several conditions and to understand how the structure and principles of microwaves contribute to this igniting potential. By understanding the principles of microwaves, the exact igniting causes can be investigated. Through experimentation, information is gained about the igniting possibilities of carelessness and electrical factors. A proper investigation can glean important information and can ultimately be reflected in more effective fire protection policies.
