This research on the sensitivity of care giver was used for analyzing 198 case of data on care giver, who works in Elderly Welfare Facility at JeollaNamdo from April 2nd 2012 to April 30th 2012. As a result of the analysis, the value of has situational perception come out the highest among the sub-concepts(situational perception, result perception, responsibility perception) of care giver's sensitivity of human right. In terms of the sensitivity according to types of welfare facilities for elders, situational perception of resident center has shown higher value than that of nursing home, which statistically demonstrates a significant difference. Also there is a correlation between sex and sensitivity of human right, and between educational background and sensitivity of human right. As a result of regression analysis, educational background has affected significantly on the sensitivity of human right. It is necessary to conduct human-right education and to develop programs for that, considering the sensitivity of human right of care giver based on the result of these research.

본 연구는 노인복지시설에 근무하고 있는 요양보호사의 인권민감성에 관한 연구로 2012년 4월 2일부터 4월 30일까지 전라남도 지역의 요양보호사 198명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 요양보호사들의 인권민감성 하위개념인 상황지각, 결과지각, 책임지각 중에서 상황지각이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 인구사회학적 특성에서는 여성이, 학력이 전문대졸이상일 때 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 노인복지시설 유형에 따른 인권민감성을 비교한 결과, 요양시설에 비해 재가시설에서 상황지각이 높게 나타났다. 또한, 성별과 인권민감성, 학력과 인권민감성 간에 상관관계가 있으며 회귀분석결과, 학력이 인권민감성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 요양보호사들의 특성에 따른 인권민감성을 고려한 인권교육 실시 및 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
