A Study on the Client Centered Case Management in Social Welfare Centers

The Purpose of this study is to make alternatives to provide the clients with case management services effectively in the social welfare centers, studying the case management systematically.
The results suggest the necessity of the followings. As regard to the internal aspects of the facilities, firstly, it should be alloted case manager' roles in the social welfare centers. Secondly, it should be provided with high quality of services which are centered to clients. Thirdly, the case manager should manage information on resources in the community. Fourth, the case manager should manage the strengths and abilities of the disabled systematically. Finally, advocacy for the clients should be accomplished in the facilities.
As regard to the external aspects of the facilities, firstly, the infrastructure of services for the clients should be established in the community. Secondly, the professional education about the case management should be given to students. Thirdly, clear statements of case management in a system should be completed. Finally, centers for independent living should be established for the clients in this country.
