This paper is to predict how the corporate ecosystem will change in 2050. In the future, political, economic, social and cultural change will happen in many aspects. The results of analysis for future prediction shows 4 common framework (namely, science and technology, social and economic conditions, natural ecosystems, population change and variability) In the future of 2050, science and technology including IT technologies and the conditions of production and consumption levels will be developing, at the same time social and economic conditions will be important. For the company's operating and competitiveness, social communication and network will be emphasized. We will encounter natural and social aggravating factors, such as environmental pollution, climate change and population changes and variability. Generally, our society of 2050 will become a one to emphasize the quality of life from the concept of quantitative growth. Based on fairness and transparency, our future society will proceed to focus on social and cultural values from the political and economic value.

이 글은 2050년의 기업생태계가 어떻게 변화할 것인가를 예측해 보는 논문이다. 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화적으로 보면 앞으로 더욱 많은 변화가 예상된다. 다양한 미래 예측 방법 론을 분석한 결과, 4가지 공동의 틀(과학기술, 사회·경제적인 조건, 자연생태계, 인구변화 와 변동)을 도출하였다. 2050년 미래 시대는 IT 기술 등 과학기술의 발달로 대중들의 생활은 물론 기업의 생산 과 소비 수준도 급격히 발전하지만, 여전히 사회·경제적인 조건도 중요해질 것이다. 기업 의 운영 방식과 경쟁력도 사회적인 소통과 네트웍을 중시하는 형태로 발전할 것이다. 이 를 제약하는 조건으로서 환경오염, 기후변화 등 자연생태계 악화요인이 있고, 인구변화와 변동 요인도 중요한 변수가 될 것이다. 전반적으로 2050년은 양적 성장 중심에서 삶의 질을 중시하는 사회가 될 것이며, 투명 성과 공정성을 바탕으로 정치·경제적 가치에서 사회·문화적 가치 중심으로 크게 변화해 갈 것으로 예측된다.
