A full-fledged discussion on the transition to a green economy are in progress. This paper first investigated historical background. regarding the spread of the transition to a green economy. It also has been discussed on a global level, and, in particular, the major international environmental conventions and principles, which have being applied to the industry, were analyzed. In addition, the paper confirmed the importance of environmental values , and the major SRI rating agencies, which have reflected green factor as a key element of the value and competitiveness of enterprises, were analyzed. And it analyzed 2050 Green Business vision of WBCSD and 29 global blue chip companies for the future to enhance the competitiveness of green direction. In particular, green management strategy and direction of SIEMES, BASF, GE leading the direction of global green business and green competitiveness criteria are also investigated. In its conclusion, it suggested considerations for sustainable green business strategies for our industry on the basis of the green business standards at the global level and green business strategy of global corporates.

녹색경제 체제로의 전환에 관한 본격적인 논의가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 녹색경제 체제로 전환을 확산시키고 있는 역사적 배경을 우선 고찰하였다. 특히, 글로벌 차원에서 논의 되었고, 또한 산업계에 적용되고 있는 주요 국제환경협약과 원칙 등도 함께 분석하였다. 그리고 본 논문은 환경가치의 중요성을 확인하였고, 또한 기업의 가치 및 경쟁력의 주 요 요소로 녹색을 평가기준에 반영하고 있는 주요 SRI 평가기관을 분석하였다. 그리고, 본 논문은 WBCSD를 중심으로 29개 글로벌 우량 기업들이 미래 녹색경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 2050 녹색경영비전의 방향도 분석하였다. 특히, 글로벌 녹색경영 방향과 녹색경쟁력 기준을 선도하고 있는 SIEMES, BASF, GE 등의 미래 녹색경영 전략과 방향도 분석하였다 결론에서는, 글로벌 녹색경영 기준과 우량 글로벌 기업들의 녹색경영 전략 방향을 바탕 으로 우리 산업계의 지속가능한 녹색경영 전략을 위한 고려사항을 제시하였다.
