This paper provides the analytical performance and effectiveness of "the Nadle Shop Promotion Program(NSPP)" which is one of the government supported programs for the small enterprises, by analyzing the sales of the existing Nadle Shops. Also, we propose three types of models in respect to the mid-/long-term management strategy.
For the empirical study, the survey with questionnaire has done for the owners of the 350 retail shops and the customers. Among the retail shops, some were supported by the government as the Nadle shop, others didn't. By analyzing the survey data, we found that the NSPP showed good performance in both quantitative and qualitative. Consequently, the outcome of the research will provide some considerations to the policy decision whether the NSPP should continue to support and strengthen the competitiveness of retail shops and the future management strategy should be determined for the already supported Nadle shops.

본 연구는 나들가게의 장단기적인 관리방안의 연구를 통해 지속가능한 경영을 실현할 수 있는 기반을 제시하고자 한다. 최근 대형할인점, 홈쇼핑 등 새로운 형태의 유통업이 확산되고, 기업형수퍼마켓(SSM)의 골목상권 진출 등으로 피해가 극심한 중소소매점의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 정부가 2009년부터 실시한 나들가게 지원사업의 성과를 설문응답 결과를 바탕으로 분석한 결과 나들가게 육성지원사업은 정량적 및 정성적으로 좋은 성과를 나타내었다. 이러한 성과를 지속적으로 유지하기 위해서는 중장기적인 나들가게 관리방안 모델이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 나들가게 관리방안으로 세 가지 모델을 제시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 향후 나들가게 육성지원사업의 지속여부와 중소소매업체의 경쟁력 강화라는 소기의 목적달성에 적합한 정책시행 방안을 결정할 수 있을 것이다.
