In this study, smart technologies were applied to the demential elder centers of Seoul to propose a smart plan for such centers. For the five cases remodelled after 2010 among the demential elder centers of Seoul located in 25 self-governed districts, the spatial composition was analyzed and the composition spaces were classified into dementia support center, cognition health center, and resting center per the support type of the treatment environment. And per support type, 1-2 spaces were arbitrarily selected to prepare a scenario, and appropriate smart systems were applied to propose a smart treatment environment. Dementia support center is a space including medical team, which is a space-inserted smart technology for the example of diagnosis room in order to help the treatment of the demential elder. Also, smart touch table and smart wall for use with a simple touch. Cognition health center is a space that helps dementia treatment through education, and the researcher provides a smart education environment through smart touch table in the program room and provides education program automatically through RFID and Smart Treadmil. The resting spaces are spaces where demential elders can take a break or walk around, and the researcher applied the smart system focused on safety such as abnormal situation detection or security systems in the example of hallway. The results of this study shall contribute to providing an advanced treatment environment for demential elders using the demential elder centers of Seoul, and also providing a model design for demential elder center with safety, information, and convenience.

본 연구에서 스마트테크놀로지가 적용된 서울시 치매노인센터의 스마트환경모델을 계획하고자 한다. 서울시 25개 자치구의 노인치매센터 중 2010년 이후 리모델링된 5개 사례를 통하여 공간구성을 분석하였다. 치유환경의 지원형태에 따라 치매지원센터, 인지건강센터, 회복실로 분류되었다. 그리고 지원 형태에 따라 시나리오를 작성하기 위해 1-2개의 공간이 선정되었고 스마트시스템들이 스마트환경을 지원하기 위하여 적용되었다. 치매지원센터는 의료팀을 포함하는 공간으로 치매노인들의 치료를 돕기 위한 터치테이블, 스마트월 등의 스마트시스템이 적용된다. 인지건강센터는 교육을 통해 치매치유를 돕는 공간이고, 연구자는 프로그램룸에서 스마트터치테이블을 통해 스마트화 된 교육환경을 제공하고 스마트트래드밀과 RFID를 통해서 자동적으로 교육프로그램을 제공한다. 휴식공간은 치매노인들이 휴식을 취하고 배회하는 공간으로 연구자는 비정상적 환경감지나 시큐리티시스템 등 안전을 위주로 한 스마트시스템을 적용하였다. 본 연구는 다양해지는 스마트 시스템을 치매노인을 위한 시설에 적용함으로써 선진화된 치유환경을 제공할 것이다.
