This study aims at analyzing how significantly Taekwondo training influences on promoting the psychological well-being of preschoolers or elementary school students and this survey was conducted with a sample of 292 parents having a preschooler or an elementary school student training Taekwondo in K city, Jeollabukdo.33. To achieve this purpose, the data processing of this study was based on the mean and standard deviation (SD) estimation and it was processed by t-test and one-way ANOVA and we found out the influence of Taekwondo training on the psychological well-being of preschoolers or elementary school students. Results from the survey are as follows: First, there were significant influences of Taekwondo training on promoting better psychological well-being to boys than girls. Second, the children at the Age of 8 to 11 have the significant development of sub-variables of psychological well-being such as positive interpersonal relationship, environmental management, and personal growth and the higher degree of training period or levels such as Dan or Poom grades is, the more significantly the psychological well-being is promoted. Finally, the higher the parents’ academic background is, the more helpful in improving the psychological well-being it is. In case of their parents’ average income for a month, it is showed their autonomy is highest in the range of less than 2 million won and the goal of life is highest in the range of 3 to 4 million won.
