This study is to explore the current status of Chinese Taekowndo Demonstration Team, seek its activation plan, expect the general qualitative, quantitative growth of the demonstration team, challenge new free Poomsae and new events at the World Taekwondo Poomsae Competition, and present a developmental direction to get far better results. To this end, this study conducted a in-depth interviews to problems of Chinese Taekowndo Demonstration Team and its developmental direction. The question guide used at this time was an interview guideline set through negotiations with experts group composed of Taekwondo Department professors and field instructors, which made use of semi-structured in-depth interview. The data collected through the in-depth interview was repeatedly explored and recorded, and sub-contents were drawn based on new core topic related to the study problem using an inductive category analysis method. The findings of this study are as follows. First, a demonstration team for the school should be organized, and good leaders be invited, and a training place be prepared. Second, seminar for leaders should be more held. Especially, leaders from Korean demonstration team should be invited and many pupils produced, by which support should not be spared to get over current urgent crisis. Third, more demonstration competitions should be held than now. Since ability improving can be made by seeing and exchanging at demonstration competitions. Based on the above study findings, it is expected that Chinese Taekowndo Demonstration Team would infinitely develop and get excellent results at free Poomsae events at the World Poomsae Competition.
